On behalf of True to Hoops THANK YOU for your dedication and discipline in wanting to improve your athletic performance for yourself and your team. That attribute will be key in every aspect of life both in maximizing your individual gifts and your ability to help and serve others. 

Abel Gomez, your trainer for this program, has worked in the field of Athletic Performance for the last 14 years both collegiately and privately. He has worked with athletes of all levels and ages from professional athletes to middle school athletes. The results, success, and even missteps, have culminated in these foundations, concepts, progressions, and drills that you will learn and master.  

Over the course of the program, you will achieve these goals by learning proper bio-mechanical movement and proper execution of Sprint Acceleration and Change of Direction Agility. Engrained into the program along the way are Landing Mechanics, Power, Strength, and Foot/Ankle resilience.

At the end of this unique athletic performance program, you will be a more aware and confident athlete whose speed, agility, and overall athleticism will be greatly improved.
